Production equipment

Introducing production lines and fully automatic production lines from Germany and Japan. Program-controlled equipment, strict quality inspection system, scientific and standardized management system.

Production processing

Use PCL program control system to monitor product production. The entire process, automated filling and packaging line, ensures production efficiency, quality control management and packaging aesthetics.

Workshop

The workshop is equipped with multiple intelligent production lines, with high Precision electronic balances, Hitachi high-definition inkjet printers and automatic facial mask filling and sealing machines.

QUALITY ADVANTAGE

Strict packaging material testing

Before production, we do test the packaging by compressive strength, printing quality, sealing, oxygen resistance and light resistance, to make sure the safety and stability of the products during transportation, storage, and display.

Full monitoring of data system

Each production link is equipped with strict operating procedures and equipment and corresponding inspection instruments; each quality monitoring point is equipped with advanced video and data collection systems.

Purify the production environment

We do the production under the high specifications of production standard GMPC. During production, clean air, environmental sanitation, reasonable layout, smooth logistics and production safety are ensured.

Microbial testing and experiments

The cargo will be shiped out only after pass the microorganisms testing( raw materials/contents/finished products) Microbial testing is the basis of product quality. By managing microorganisms in packaging materials/raw materials/products, we can enhance customer trust.
